Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Initially hooked up the air conditioning unit and was supposed to come back and finish with the heat pump. Had to call numerous times and finally after several months of persistent calling and cancelled appointments he returned and finished the heat pump. One year later and humidifier still does not work. Brand new one sitting in the box waiting to be installed and i cannot get Mr. Straw to return my phone calls. Through out the whole process I have made over 20 scheduled appointments with Scott Straw and he was either a No Show or had some excuse why he was not going to be able to make it. Very unprofessional and does not do what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR ANY HVAC WORK! or anything else for that matter.
