Description of Work: Regrouted and sealed ceramic tile in 2 residential bathrooms. In fairness we purchased this service just as the company was starting up. Returns to address reported issues with the qualitiy were prompt and polite, however quality of workmanship did not improve. The owner was very sincere and concerned about doing a good job, however he was unable to deliver the minimum quality that we expected most likely due to inexperience. I am hopefull that the quality he can now deliver has improved with additional experience, but I have no proof of this since I have not utilized the services of this company since the original "trial run".

+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier with my experience with Grout Works LLC. They met me at my house exactly when they said they would and did the job in a very timely fashion. They were very friendly and professional. I had to leave them at my house and felt very comfortable doing so. When I saw the final product, my expectations were exceeded. It looks like I have a brand new kitchen.
Description of Work: Grout re-color and sealant on kitchen backsplash.
