He was very thorough and we really like him. We could schedule him easily or postpone services for a week depending on what's going on, like the yard and drought. He was very reasonable. He was punctual and we had no problems. We were not the type of people that would crab if he was not here when he said he would be here. He was kind of on schedule. We were flexible and so was he.
