They had a team that worked quickly and efficiently and they did a very good job. All in one day! We were very impressed with their work and clean-up. We had the stumps ground, which was done by a different crew on a different day. Same thing - great work and clean-up. Would highly recommend!

A crew of five with a large crane removed the limb and tree in one day. The job was done with no additional damage and all debris was removed. They did a very professional job on a difficult and dangerous removal.

The men who came out had all the heavy equipment necessary to take on a very technical job involving swing a gigantic boom across our barn to access a very large pecan tree with very large limbs hanging over the roof. This involved no access behind the barn so the process involved anchoring this heavy equipment from our back driveway and swinging the boom over the roof and having a tree climber to anchor ropes and swing massive branches without any damage to the barn. We were blown away by how careful they were not to damage our lawn or landscaping and how carefully they cleaned up afterwards. They didn't leave a stick behind. These guys are so good that it does take a while to get an estimate and get on their schedule but they are worth the wait. In addition, their price is very reasonable. We had a large crew of men in our backyard all day long to accomplish our project for 1,000. For an insured and bonded company who does a great job, it was well worth it.

Estimate within one week. Work done at about 30 days. We were told it would take about 4 weeks so work was done within the time we were told. Have the equipment to do the work right. Attention paid to not damage lawn during tree removal. Site supervisor ensured crew did things correctly. Cleaned up small branches, etc.

Called for an estimate on Sep 3. Someone came out and left an estimate on Sep 4. When I called to accept the estimate, I was told the job would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. I called three times to determine when the job would be started. Each time I was told they were busy and would get back to me. It has been a very light year for tornadoes in this area. While I'm not sure what caused the extreme delay, they finally arrived to trim my tree on November 11, over 2 months later.The crew which performed the tree trimming was very professional, knew what they were about and spent their time focused on the work and not goofing off. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up the yard afterwards. I would use this provider again if I had plenty of time and didn't have an urgent problem.

We contacted American Tree Service to get an estimate. They were very professional and gave us a reasonable estimate to trim the tree. We called to schedule an appt and were told they would be out on Monday but they didn't show up to do the work until that Thursday. I know the schedule can vary with this type of service but we would have liked a call to just to tell us when they would be out. When they showed up to do the work, the trucks and equipment were clean and appeared to be well maintained. The guys were professional and were there to work. After completingy the job, they cleaned up any debris left in the yard and also swept all the debris off my neighbors driveway. I would use them again for sure!

We could not be happier with the service we received from American Eagle Tree Service. From start to finish, their whole crew was friendly and efficient. They were careful to not block the street with the many vehicles they used. (At one time I counted around 6) They took down our two 70-75 ft. oak trees in our front yard and made it look easy!
We got estimates from five companies and AE?s price was # four starting from the highest to the lowest. The lowest price really was too low to consider since the written estimate was not detailed at all. American Eagle Tree Service?s estimate was fully complete and they stuck with the price quoted. We asked for some extra dirt to replace the stumps and they finished that the next day, at a fair price.
Finding that American Eagle Tree Service was on Angies?s List with many, many great comments, sealed the deal for us. If you use them, you won?t be disappointed.

This service was performed a few years ago for me. I had a very huge tree that was dying very close to my house and in a narrow space that was very difficult to access. I had called several companies and all of them gave me lower estimates than American Eagle. However, the first on I chose came out but determined they couldn't remove the tree because they didn't have the necessary equipment. That was only after damaging a fence and then responding to my calls very rude. The 2nd company with a low estimate decided they couldn't do the work either. So I finally bit the bullet and called American Eagle. They responded quickly and professionally. When I came home from work, the tree was gone and all mess was cleaned up. They had to use aerial equipment that went over my roof to access the tree. This had to be done carefully or else my roof could have been damaged . The price was high but very well worth it.

When I contacted them to give them the go ahead for the job after the bid, it took about 6 weeks to get the appointment set up. They removed 2 very large trees in very tight quarters in my backyard and did a very nice job. One of the stump grinders bumped my shed and did some minor damages, but they fixed everything right away.

I got a quote over the phone and they did the job before sending a written quote. The invoiced amount was twice the phone price and when I questioned Charlie about it he told me to never call him again. I had used them on a previous job and recieved a written quote that time. Their work was very professional and their price was reasonable. I would not have them do any work they did not provide a written estimate for.

When the price was verbally quoted to you over the phone Charlie's understanding was that you "did authorize" the work to be done for $200 and wanted it done immediately. I tend to believe that what Charlie actually said and what you thought he said over the phone was misunderstood. Please accept our apology for any misunderstanding of the verbal price quoted. It is never our intention to mislead any of our customers, this is a good example of why 99% of the time we "insist" on providing our customers with a "written" estimate prior to any requested service is completed. Unfortunately, in this case, one was not provided to you prior because you indicated over the phone you would like to have this work done asap. Because it was a small job we sent a clean up crew out right away to take care of this for you. We are not saying that you were wrong in what you heard the price quoted was, because it could have been easily misunderstood over the phone. Knowing each party assumed that he was correct in what they believed was actually stated, there are no hard feelings regarding this unfortunate incident, we always strive to do the best work for the most reasonable price we can, and we do value all of our customers. I called them to ask for an estimate. They came promptly and gave me the estimate. I called the office (the woman who answered the phone - I forget her name - was very friendly and professional, and made me feel important). When I told them what I wanted done, they were prompt, got the job done, and did a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
