Ist of all, this rating is indicitive of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in KNOX County, Indiana. They really are professional, curteous and respond very quickly, if you need them, although, it's been over 14 years since I filed a claim with them. The experience was so-so at best. with lowered expectations. DO expect them to tell you that if want Farm Bureau Insurance, then you must the Indiana Farm Bureau Association. This is totally unacceptable, who ever heard of having being forced to join a organization that only benefits Farmers to buy their lame insurance. Do expect, Farm Bureau, to raise your premiums every year on a average of 6 to 10% percent each year and cry that they had to pay out for storm damage to policy holders and expect the ones' that don't file claims to pick up the difference. I'm done with Farm Bureau, they suck. Buyer Beware!
