About us
Slabjacking is defined as the pressure injection of a cementatious mixture through small holes (1.75 inch to 2.5 inch diameter) to raise faulty or settled concrete. The holes are strategically placed to ensure proper lift. Our exclusive non-shrink mix design is injected under the sunken concrete, as it raises the slab it also fills the voids and stableizes the slab. This is done till the concrete is brought back to it's original height. After the lifting is complete, we clean the area of excess drill tailings and grout, then re-cement the holes with the best color match available. Most work is completed in less than 1 day.

"The work is not covered by ANY kind of warranty, also I was NOT to install two piers as he states, but what was proposed and installed was called a double 8 pier. An internet search should explain what that is. He has also sent me photos of where it was obvious that he had picked at the crack repair physically damaging the integrity of repairs and also stating he has been digging around trying to find a second pier that of course does not exist. He was also advised that soil dehydration was detrimental to the stabilization of existing concrete as this type of soil shrinks dramatically upon the dry season; I have no knowledge whether he has made any attempts to keep any of this in check. A severe winter and very dry summer plus improper installation of his concrete is the problem. He had a proposal for tear out and replacement but opted for a repair to try to cut down on such a large expense. I am sorry that that has not worked out for him but am not obligated for any of his continued problems either. I have contacted the manufacture of the sealer that was applied that he claims has failed but have not heard from them, perhaps he would have better luck contacting them on his own merits as he was sent a large amount of fact sheets prior to it being applied. I hope this helps you decide on what’s what? Jim Baker-Owner"
