There was a delay in completing the work. The service staff went out of their way to keep me up-to-date and to offer solutions.

They explained the problem with my car in a very easy, understandable way. They were very professional and had great customer service, not something that you find very often in an auto service provider. I felt like they were honest and trustworthy with my dealings with them and even though they're a little expensive I'll be going back to them.

They were very professional by explaining in detail what was wrong with my car. They weren't cheap but I felt like they dealt honestly with me and I'll go back to them again because I feel like I can trust them.

They do a very good job. I feel the prices are rather high. They are dedicated to running a green business. Their quality is very good.

He is very professional and very honest. He tells me if I need, don’t need the work or if it can wait. He is timely and he does very good work. He has certified technicians. He provides shuttle service. He got a nice waiting room and environmentally friendly. The inspection was free with the coupon.

The cost of their services varies from a couple of hundred dollars to several thousand. They are very good, do very good work and have a very good facility. They explain things well.

This car was one of only 1,000 or so cars made, so parts were difficult to find. Don prepared a spreadsheet that listed comparable parts from BMWs from 1975 - 1989, from various other models. After we identified the location, Don ordered the part and installed it immediately. He was always seeking solutions for a very difficult model and year, which helped me keep the car running well during my ownership.

When I took my Jetta in because it was acting like it was running on 3 cylinders, they told me the computer code was for a bad thermostat. When I told him that I knew about the thermostat code, but asked why it was running so rough, he tried to convince me that it was due to the thermostat -> really?!? He then drove the car and said he found another code for the spark plugs. He recommended replacing the plugs and wires, and so I said ok. However, in all honesty, the plug wires really did not need to be replaced - the car had less than a 100k miles, and it was the plugs that were failing. So I was a little disappointed that I spent the extra money unnecessarily. However, the deal breaker was when I asked about a timing belt for my Passat. He said they recommend replacing them at 80,000 miles, and if I had more than that I should not drive it at all and that I should have it towed in. It really felt like a scare tactic, and made me very uncomfortable to return.

They are excellent mechanics. I use them regularly. I've used them for 15 years and it is a pleasure to get my car done which is amazing to say with a mechanic. I've used them for simple maintenance and more complicated things. They are incredibly honest. They do good work at a fair price. They get it right. They care about the customers. They fit me in at the last minute because I forgot to call ahead for the trip check. They were pretty busy but they made it work. I will only buy a car that they service.

I called and made an appointment then dropped off my car for service.  They gave me a lift home and then picked me up later in the day when my car was ready.  Overall, the process was smooth and quick.

BMW wanted to charge me $1800 whereas World Wide did the same thing for about $400.  I would definitely be going back.  It was factory operated maintenance cell.  If we go back to the BMW dealer after “x” miles, they will stick it to us if the warranty is over.  They did the same work with BMW certified mechanics for about third of the price.  They are straight forward and to the price.  They do not try to take advantage of the situation.  I would recommend them to others having a BMW which is out of warranty.
