WIth one exception, I have been very pleased with him. This summer when his employ put down a broadleaf weed control, he was not careful. The wind blew it onto my Japanese maple and onto one of my hydrangeas. It also got on to (and killed) a small maples sapling. Derek immediately tried to make things right and pay for any damages, but the damage was done. The maple is healthy, but I've had brown-spotted leaves all summer. The hydrangea had to be cut down to the ground (sacrificing the blooms) and has since returned quite nicely.

Derek and his team did a great job on getting our flower beds summer ready. He was prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Within two days of coming out to give me an estimate on the job, his team had completed the work. We were very pleased with the rapid response and pricing. I would definitely recommend him to folks in the Bloomington area. He also does paving and patio work and installation as well.
