 + -1 moreWhen the kitchen and laundry room flooring was installed, it was installed improperly based on the manufacturers guidelines. They caulked between the durastone tiles to cover errors during installation. We fought with the company about replacing the kitchen floor and laundry room floor for almost 6 weeks before they finally agreed to do it. They also installed the hardwood floors. The floors were covered for several months with cardboard as we were still working on the inside of the house. When we uncovered them and cleaned them, we discovered they had installed the wood improperly and had installed bad pieces of wood. We told them we wanted a representative from Armstrong to come see the floor. They ignored us and never did respond to our request.
Description of Work: We had durastone installed in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, and hardwood in our upstairs, except for 2 bedrooms.
