They included an inspection in the price. They check the breaks, tires, engine and they recommended something that needed to be fixed. I would recommend them. They were friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and helpful. We had our breaks done and axles done. We did not have enough money to fix the axles so we payed for one axle. They called us and told us they worked on our back axles for the same price. They are responsive. We have used them since 2006.

I had been hearing a vibrating or rattling sound under my hood for a few days.  I dropped the car off, and they paid the cab ride so I could go ahead to work.  In a few hours they called to say the car was finished.  When I asked them what was wrong, they said the heat shield was lose and they tightened it.  There was no charge at all for even looking at the problem.  I will definitely go back to them when I have any other car issues.

They didn't finish on time, so they gave me a rental for the weekend. Work was fine. Only issue I had was that they charged me for the rental, that they were supposed to pay for, and I had to work with them to take it off my credit card. Not real helpful after the fact.

Took my car to them to inspect because the air conditioning wasn't cold. They told me how much it would cost, how long it would take, and called my extended warranty company to see what it would cover. They told me up front that they would need the car for the entire day. At 4 PM, they told me they wouldn't be finished in time and that they set up a rental car for me to use for the weekend. They finished the work at 2 PM on Monday. So they were off a little in their estimate, but they let me know that up front. I had a screech in my air conditioning and I took it back in and they adjusted the belts to fix the problem. Only had to wait about 10-15 minutes. This was one of the more professional operations I've been to and did a good job.
