They are really good. Their prices are competitive. If there is a problem they will fix. I have not had a problem with them. They are prompt, fast and friendly. Their price is reasonable and they back the work up. I will continue to use them.

They sell tires but they also do all kinds of mechanic stuff. The last time that I went there, they said that my car could not be fixed. They were trying to figure out if there was an electrical problem but it was too much trouble. They did not charge me for that and that is what I like about them. They just check and they do not charge or anything. I usually go there for my tires but once in a while I also need a mechanical thing. They just said that the repair was not worth doing because it would be costing way more than what the car was worth so I just ended up selling the car and buying another one. That was really nice of them and they know that I am a regular customer there. They also treat you really nice there.

I have gone to Tire and Wheel for 20 plus years and was pleased 98 percent of time. With over 60 cars, trucks and trailers worked on in that time their service and honesty has been proven over and over again.

I took my car in due to a rattling noise in the front end. After test driving it and disassembling the left front and diagnosing that I needed the front struts replaced, they reassembled everything (waited 3 hours in the smoky front waiting room—they still allow smoking), the rattling not only continued but got far worse. My ride became very bumpy. I then went to Sears where the repair man told me he found a nut and bolt just sitting on the car frame under the hood that someone had to have had serious equipment to take off. He simply put it back on and tightened the other loose bolt. The car has been fine ever since with no noise and a smooth ride.

We have gone to Tire N Wheel for years.  They have always been really great.  They have always been very competitive with prices. There has never been an occasion in the past (20 years or so now) that we have been pressured or treated unfairly. 
The guys are nice, friendly, and don't condescend when talking to women. 
We would not go anywhere else for brakes/tire repairs.

As always they are very professional and curteous. They always give thier time and advice free of charge.

My experience with Tire and Wheel was very good. They were quick, and seemed conscientious about what they did. I asked for a couple of recommendations for some other things and they gave me those, as well. I was happy with the service.

The service was bad. They tried to sell me tires for over $300 their cost. They're not good.

I had problems with one of the tires about a month after it was installed. The car started to vibrate. I took it in and they looked at it. Next thing I know I had a new tire. They replaced it without hesitation. This was not the experience of my parents at Walmart, where they bought an entire set that was bad. Wally's World would not budge on the replacement of these tires. The Tire and Wheel Center verified that the tires from Walmart were bad on my parents' car and told us to take it back. Compared to Walmart, these guys are really fast. I've not had experience with other venders in town for tires. I waited less than an hour for them to fix the problem tire. I left the car there for the alignment and picked it up later the same day. I have been doing business here for at least 4 years now as of this writing. I won't go anywhere else for my tires, alignments, or brakes in Bloomington. I really like these guys. Honest people. Reasonable cost.

Last August, I had my oil changed and was told that one of my front tires had a slow leak, which obviously needed to be fixed. When I asked the technician for the name of a reputable tire place, the technician gave me the names of two businesses, one of which was Tire and Wheel. Several months later, I brought my car to Tire and Wheel and was told that my two front tires were dangerously worn around the edges and they needed to be replaced. The front end was also out of alignment (hence the bald tires), so I had that fixed, as well. I don't know much about cars, but based on my interactions with the folks at Tire and Wheel and the fact that they told me that my brakes were fine (given the amount of miles I had on the car, I figured the brakes would be okay, but I had them checked anyhow), I believe they are quite honorable. All of the employees I interacted with at Tire and Wheel were also very friendly and good-humored. In short, I would definitely recommend these guys to any prospective customer and would not hesitate to use them again.

See above for the outstanding service I received from this first class business. At what would normally be a very miserable and difficult episode in my day, this business put a smile on my face. They took care of me all of the other customers that were there that day also.
