Tom brought a lot of expertise to our deck rebuild. Our deck was 50 years old and had lots of levels. Tom spent time figuring out how the deck could be rebuilt on one level, making it much more functional and allowing us to add a hot tub/spa, even though it is the same size as before. The finished deck is within 1/8" of being level and square. The new lighting is beautiful, and we decided to add a remote-controlled pergola, which looks very nice and matches the style of the house. Tom helped us decide on the pergola kit, his carpenter assembled it, and the end result was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Tom was great to work with to build a deck and sun room. From initial meeting, design, build through finish. Tom's carpenter selected for our project, Dave, the was excellent. He deserves a 5 star rating as well. We couldn't be any happier!!!! Neal Broughton

T&G Structures started a tear out and replacement of my deck in mid-July with an anticipated 1 month completion date. Reality was 3+ months later and several thousands of dollars over budget before the work was completed. Tom failed to manage the project so I was forced into the project management role (presumably I payed for one!!). The initial sub-contractor (Dave) took advantage of Tom's failure to manage and REPEATEDLY tried to leave deteriorated/decayed wood posts & joists rather than dig for new ones. I escalated this to Tom each time and finally fired Dave. A second crew was brought in and they identified additional shoddy workmanship by Dave. EVERY incident required a tear out and rework, additional materials and duplicate labor. There was a great deal of excess materials for which Tom promised me reimbursement. He is now claiming numerous reasons why he won't do so. Probably not a lot of money but another example of poor business practices by T&G Structures.

10/10 recommend! Responsive, professional, and downright amazing at building our deck! Would absolutely work with them again!

Tom has been the best pro i have workded with in Indiana for communication. He kept me updated before the project began then would check in periodically to ensure everything was going well. He has been flexible with our schedule (and situation). we will enjoy our new deck for many years to come.

We had a very short window to get a handicapped access ramp built to our front door, and were having a difficult time finding someone to do it in that timeframe. Tom moves us up in his work schedule and did the ramp right away, and was very flexible about necessary changes. His crew did a fantastic job on the ramp, I highly recommend Tom.

Tom is a great guy. Very trust worthy and friendly. Unlike other contractors, he watches your back and gives you ideas about how to increase value for money spent. He is the only contractor I have worked with who can show you the finished product using 3D modelling before your project has even started. One issue I have noticed is that some of his sub-cons does not cooperate well with him at crucial times. I have recommend Tom to several of my friends and all of them have pleasant experiences with him.

Tom treats a job like he is doing it for his best friend! It must be done right.

Tom designed and built our screened-in porch and deck. He was wonderful to work with, and very helpful in every way. We especially like the design he created allowing light to come in, even though the porch is directly outside of the family room. We are so glad to have found T & G to do our work.

While the initial contact with Archadeck was very professional and the owner understood the need to design and build to city regulations, the execution of the project was lacking in a few areas. First it took about a week longer than originally proposed but since the deck and siding was well done that isn't a big deal. However two other things did and do annoy me. First, they took the back yard hose and undid it from the drip hose then did not replace it... leaving my flower beds unwatered and requiring more work from me. Second they left an electrical attachment for the air conditioner hanging and have not placed it back up.

I have been impressed with the work of the carpenters -really good quality and beautiful work. Communication with the boss has been sporadic and a little odd. Appointments have been missed. The deck that was taken down before the new deck built, was not hauled away for quite a few days. When I made a change in my plans, at the end of the project, the boss accepted it graciously. Lastly, if the customer is not in a rush and is not easily upset by missed appointments and the quality of the deck work is most important, then you will be happy with Archadeck.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job building my new deck. We had a tight deadline which was tied to a significant event at our house where we would have significant number of guests and needed the deck installed. Several days were lost due to significant rain. However, Tom was able to get the main structure built in time. There were some elements that still needed to be finished, but we had a deck area that was in good shape to use for the event that we had planned. I would recommend Tom Bucci
