This is a small service and it's quite a while ago. I'm afraid that nothing sticks out in my mind as having been unpleasant about the visit. So, that's about all I can say. I probably got an appointment within a day or two. And probably that was a question more about my convenience than when they had slots. They just took it in, changed the oil, and gave it back to me.

Not five days after we bought our new Hyundai Accent, we hit a dear driving down 45. Insurance told us to take it to Buick but we wanted to stay within warranty so we took it to Hyundai instead. The problems: our right front corner was completely smashed in and we needed a new hood, bumper, light, and fog light. The frame turned out to be okay. I didn't like Hyundai anyway because their sales staff is creepy, aggressive, and racist but we did it anyway because we didn't want to have to go all the way out to Columbus to get the job done.
Hyundai had the car for an entire month. We were told it would only take 2 weeks. So meanwhile we had to drive a bad rental car with terrible mileage (the whole reason we went with the Accent was for good gas mileage) for a whole month for a commute to and from Columbus Indiana. Finally we got our car back (after following up with the body shop numerous times) and we thought we were set.
Well, about a month later we hit a raccoon that wandered onto the street (lots of wildlife in Bloomington, of course). The front right fog light popped out. We took it back in to the body shop and they told us it was our fault because there were scratches on the bumper and they wouldn't fix it for free. To me it doesn't seem like it's a coincidence that the same fog light that they supposedly fixed poppoed out from the small amount of jostling the car would've taken from hitting a small mammal at 45 mph.
They compromised by gluing it back in place for free. Then about a month ago, we hit a curb and the whole light fell out of the front. On the same side they supposedly fixed. When we took it in this time, they wanted $900 to replace the entire bumper.
There is something shady going on with Stephen's Hyundai. There's no reason for that light to keep popping out from minor wear and tear if the original job they did was solid. I cannot prove that their original work wasn't quality, but it sure seems that way to me. And I've been treated very poorly by Hyundai several times. I don't trust them at all, and I would never recommend that my family of friends take their car to this place.

I felt like I was being hussled by these guys from the second I got in. Did not like the vibe in there from the beginning. I felt like I was being gaslighted by the team members. I did not buy a car from them but had repairs done. I was refunded by the Honda corparation. I took the supposedly repaired car to a dealership in Indianapolis after the repair because the car was still not running well. They literally said the same part I had to replace was the problem. I called Honda HQ and I almost feel like they paid me hush money for the deception. I was sent a check the next day.

Every aspect of buying our Honda CR-V was as pleasant as it possibly could be. The salesman, Bob Burckes, knew the car inside and out, and did an outstanding, low-pressure job of selling it. Before the final purchase, we had researched prices and decided on an acceptable range. The price offered was within that range, so we didn't even have to bargain! At one point, I asked a woman who was waiting for service what she thought of the dealer. She said that she'd bought two cars there and would buy from them again. We also have other friends who have bought Hondas there and were satisfied customers.

They have always done good work. They provide quick service and they are very efficient too. Overall, they are excellent. I don’t know who to compare them with when it comes to their price. I have a Honda and they are the only Honda dealers here in town. I haven’t taken my car anywhere else. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all very good. I would use their services in the future too.

First, I think I would not have been in sticker shock if I had known I would be charged around $500 for the service. Add in the about $250 for the brakes, I felt I had been attacked! I was seriously in shock. I put the charge on my VISA and went on my way. I should have asked to see the brakes before replacement. I hadn't noticed any need but was told they were nearly rubbing metal to metal. Oddly enough the customer waiting at the service center beside me was told her brakes also needed to be replaced. She must have had similar experiences in the past. Her response was to opt not to have the brake job. I wish I had done the same. I simply no longer trust them. They are all concern for you but it is a professional way of putting you at ease and earning your trust. Please, please, please, remember they are NOT personal friends. They simply, like any business, want your money and will state conditions in the way most guaranteed to have you spend even more than you actually need. Take your car, for non-warranted work, elsewhere.
