remodeling
 + -1 moreWe had to get some remodeling done on our basement. On a recommendation of a coworker we called Shelterwood. We have one year to get the work done within a year per insurance policy. We called in January. He came and took some measurements. We waited and waited. We emailed and called him for the estimate. Fast forward to April, finally get an email for us to call Shelterwood. The guy on the phone says we need money to give you an estimate! It took them 4 months to come to that conclusion. Needless to say we would NOT recommend them to anyone. We emailed them a nasty email about how unprofessional that was. Surprise no response. I guess some people don't want to work in this economy.
Description of Work: The guy came and took some measurements and that's it.
