They did a great job. They were professional and courteous. My and I had a great popcorn as they have a nice facility.

I'm very satisfied with them. I can't think of anything they need to improve. It was a very routine oil change and inspection, so I was perfectly satisfied. They give a full report and someone talks to you about what the outcome of the service was.

Normally the service was an “A” but the last time was not so good because I think they have new people on the staff so it was not quite as normal.  Communication was not good at that time.  I have been using them for about 2 – 3 years and they have pretty good customer service.  I guess the services that I usually get are pretty good.  The other places are higher than them.

I dropped my truck off in the morning and at approximately 1:00 PM the service department called me and said my rack and pinion steering was leaking. They asked if I wanted them to replace it. I told them that I want to come in and see it before I make a decision. When I arrived at the service department, my truck was up on the lift, the technician squeezed the accordian shaped boot on the rack and pinion steering and fluid came out. I asked how it was leaking, he told me it was a bad seal. I asked how the hole got into the boot. He told me that he poked a hole in the boot with a screwdriver so I could see that it was leaking. I asked him how he knew it was leaking in the first place and he hesitated, then told me he and quot;just sensed itand quot;. I asked him if the ball joint was replaced and he said that they had done that when I brought the truck in previously for an electrical problem under warranty. I must add that during the previous visit he was talking about, I left the dealer and none of my gauges or lights on the dash were working as I drove down the road, I turned around and went back and they looked at it and said they had forgotten to hook up a connector. When I left from this visit, I complained to the manager that I wanted a replacememt boot since the technician poked a hole in the other one. They gave it to me, I had another shop install it and I have noticed that since that incident, nearly 5 years ago, my power sterring fluid reservoir has never needed any fluid added to it. I don't believe it was ever leaking in the first place. I drive to Indianapolis if I need dealer service on this truck and would never go back to Royal Toyota again, ever.

We bought a car from Royal South Toyota in September and had it serviced in January. They changed the oil and did the routine check up for a new car. It was very easy. There was nothing to dislike about it. On Tuesdays they give our free manicure while you wait. They call it the ladies day. It was all good. I would use this service provider in the future.

It went really well. The staff were very professional and polite. They were aggressive to find a bank that would give us a loan. James Coffee was the salesman that helped me out. I highly recommend them and would continue to buy from them in the future.

I had determined that my car needed a new serpentine belt as the belt was showing cracks and age and was not as tight as normal.  I stopped by the dealer and asked for an appraisal on the replacement of the belt.  I was informed after they confirmed my suspicion and then charged me $49 as an inspection charge.  I only wanted an estimate.  The said that they would refund the $49 if I had them do the work for $419 plus tax.  I had received estimates for the same work (materials, labor, and tax) was between $230 and $310 at three different repair shops.   I had the service done the next week at a different repair shop for $257 including tax and labor.

They were courteous and professional.  In fact, the reason we needed the body work was because our car had been hit while in the Royal South lot for routine maintenance.  The driver drove off without contacting anyone or leaving a name.  Fortunately, one of the staff members knew who the customer was and provided us with all of the needed information.  If Royal South hadn't been so helpful the whole situation would have been a huge headache!  It took a couple of days for repairs and we soon had our car back as good as new.

The personnel was very nice. They prioritized our vehicle because we only have one vehicle and we had to wait there. They prioritized it so it would get completed quicker and we wouldn't have to wait through lunch. I will absolutely continue using them.
