 + -1 moreTook 10 times longer than planned, (3 months instead of 3 weeks). Used my material and disposed of waste in my backyard and did not reduce the price for this "allowance" as promised. Kept pushing my work off for "higher" priority jobs in his home town.
Description of Work: Replaced footing & subfloor for front room of house.
