Rogers Heating & Cooling

I have used Rogers for forty years and he is excellent. He does a thorough job cleaning the unit and I have a lot of confidence in him.

He's good and first of all he's very prompt to get back to.  He doesn't always pick up but if you leave a message you'll get an answer within that afternoon usually.  He always comes exactly when he says he's going to come and he doesn't waste time when he's there.  He knows how to answer any questions and he doesn't put in stuff that you don't need.      

We contacted Rogers, among others, when we needed a new furnace a couple of yrs. ago. They came and looked over the set-up, discussed various makes & models that were well suited to our 50 yr. old house, including energy-savers. Gave a written estimate on sev. that interested us. No hard sell--just good information, and he left brochures for us to look over. We decided to go with them. They came exactly when promised, removed old furnace, re-routed and re-wrapped the pipes, installed new furnace and cleaned up the area afterwards. Cost was precisely as estimated, to the penny. Their new furnace has worked perfectly ever since.. Asked them back this Fall to do a check-up and cleaning. Got an answering machine when we first called; left a message (returned a day later) and we set an appt. As before, arrived exactly when promised, and was courteous and knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and explain what services were performed. Discussed different types of thermostats we could install and advised us that with the very tight-mesh filters we were using, we should change them more often or we risked putting a strain on the furnace and cutting down on air flow--but again, no hard-sell pitch. I would go back to them in the future for any heating/cooling matters.
