They're very good. They're very thorough.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Phil Roberts. The carpet had numerous stains from my last dog plus one unidentifiable reddish stain. The doggie stains are gone (though Phil could not guarantee that they wouldn't come back) and the reddish stain is almost gone - he spent at least 20 minutes working on it. Apparently red is the hardest color to get out. The rest of the carpet was not very soiled and it looks great. We talked about Scotchguarding (an additional $89) which I had initially agreed to. He said I wouldn't necessarily have to have it done at this time, but when I told him I was getting another dog, that changed his mind and he did it. Phil came exactly on time (9AM) but without his partner, who wasn't feeling well. He spent almost 2 hours here. He was very nice, a dog lover, and very professional. And he took a check! I would highly recommend him. His price might be a little high, but I felt it was worth it.

Good, I thought they did a great job. Wish they took credid card vs. cash only. I used them a few years ago for the same house and as I remember it the cost went up considerable. (Sign of the times!!)

They did a nice job. The service person arrived on time and the carpet looked great when finished.

I was satisfied with them, however the carpet was still wet after the cleaning, so we had to run fans in the house during the rest of that day and the next. I will use them again in the future.

I have used Robert's Carpet Cleaning in the past and if I still had carpet would not hesitate to call him again. He takes his time, does a thorough job not only on carpet but on the furniture. Actually, when you take into consideration how dirty the carpet was, the price was okay.

They did a good job. Their price was decent and they were reliable and fair.

He pre-treated any spots then steamed cleaned each room. After using many different national companies I was most impressed with this local business. He cleaned small areas by using the steamer and then passing through the area three times. He was always looking for small spot that needed extra attention. He took his time. (I value much for the extra time he spent.)
