+ -1 moreAs above, Perry gave us an estimate within approx 24 hrs of his initial visit. The bathroom remodel was a "let's try him out and see" first job, but we were so pleased that we contracted him to do our kitchen remodel. Perry gutted kitchen, had to tear out and replace old plaster wall on part of kitchen and replace with drywall. Another contractor laid our new hardwood floors and Perry worked around that contractor's needs and began work on our basement family room project. Once again, drywall which had some unknown mold issue had to be replaced and that added more expense to project. Project in kitchen ongoing, cabinets have been installed and waiting for countertops to be measured and installed. Perry built a half wall in kitchen to change angle of our island, did a tremendous job with cabinet installation. Very pleased with his work and am hoping to help him get established on Angie's List.
Description of Work: Perry is in the process of doing a major house project. We contracted with him first to do a bathroom upgrade which entailed installing a new vanity, toilet, and laying tile floor. He did a fantastic job and his quote was approx $700 less than other quotes we had received. After our good experience with the first project, he is now is the process of doing a major kitchen renovation and concurrently a family room remodel. Of course, tearing into a 60 yr old house, is bound to unravel unknown glitches. He always informs of us problems found and additional costs which were not planned in the original estimate. We find his prices to be very fair and he always exudes confidence that he can handle any problem that arises. He has replaced drywall in 1/2 bath and family room. Project still ongoing but hope to have completed within a few wks. Will definitely use him again for a bathroom remodel in the future.
