Picasso Moon gets an A+ on quality of work, eye for detail, and recommendation of colors. However, he manages his own schedule and, in my opinion, underestimates how long things take. So if you are flexible on start-time and length-of-job, Picasso Moon is an excellent choice. You will get a beautiful result.

.Tim Murphy is a perfectionist, who will go over areas until they look good. He is very nice to work with and works very hard to do the job well. We are very happy that we found him.

The experience has been excellent. The only difficulty is Tim works alone and is very busy. We have to wait but the work is worth it.
