Philip O Tapp

I called about 3 different land surveyors several months earlier to get some estimates. I know practically nothing about land surveying, but I was shocked at the prices! So I decided to wait for a few months until I really needed the survey. This time, I called for 5 estimates. Finally, and almost as the last option, I called Philip O. Tapp Inc. Philip O. Tapp asked for my address and was quick to give me an answer. It sounded like a great deal, so I opted to have a drafted copy of the property and get it registered by the city since I was saving overall. That worked out great because I was getting the survey to build my own fence...it turns out, some of my neighbors fence is in my property! I never even saw the team that surveyed the land, but I am ever so grateful. The work was done exactly as scheduled while I was away at work. I am now using string to build my fence straight. They sent me a letter with maps/drawings of the property and corners, did most of the work and didn't charge me till the very end! I was so impressed at the major cost savings, professionalism and amazing work! I strongly recommend contacting this company for an estimate before blindly choosing another.
