It's funny seeing 4+ star reviews on paid sites when every tenant who has actually rented and delt with Jeff Jones has nothing but polar opposites to say about him. Don't waste your breath on this joke of a person. You will be lies to and won't realize how bad your situation is until after you move in. Take care of yourself and not some degenerate who take over daddy's business to fund his coke habit.

I stayed at Shamrock Pointe and I have to say, I honestly had a good experience. Maintenance always showed up when they were called, the landlord, Jeff, always tries to be flexible and lenient when rent was slightly late. I noticed a lot of negative reviews from a year ago so I'm guessing things are getting better at Pendragon. One thing I did do is always try my best to keep the place in good condition and especially clean as much as I could when I left. Jeff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
