Howard is great. Every time I call to place an order he is extremely friendly and helpful. We place an order and the food shows up 1-2 days later. We will be using Nature's Select for a very long time!

I have been using this service for almost two years and it's great! It's top quality food for my "kids" delivered right to my door.

Howard and his staff always go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction. My chocolate lab was overweight and suffering from food allergies. Howard suggested his wild caught salmon and sweet potato blend. Duke's weight slowly decreased, his ear infections became less frequent, and his energy increased. And Duke loves the bones and treats. His teeth are whiter and he enjoys the chewing. I recommend Nature's Select very highly. The extra money you pay for a quality pet food is more than made up for by lower vet bills.

I have been using this company for a few years and I can't say enough good things. The keep track of about how much your animals eat in order to send you email reminders and call you to see if that is an easier way for you to re-order. My last food delivery had a surprise treat in it for my dogs. The staff is super friendly and have a superior product delivered right to your door is awesome!!!!

We have been using Howard for three years and not a single interaction has been less than stellar. Our routine order is two 30-lb. bags of dog food but we've gotten more, less, or treats at various times too. Howard used to deliver the food/treats himself but now he uses UPS, which works well. Place an order and BOOM! Dog food shows up at the door within a couple days. Couldn't be easier. Normally I'm indifferent or annoyed at unsolicited reminder messages about anything but Howard's are welcome. He seems to know when we're getting low on food and makes it so easy to reorder. Sometimes Jenny calls and I can tell her over the phone, "Same order as last time, please!" Most recently I got an email with a link that opened a new message already composed with that message; all I had to do was hit Send. Beautiful! I have been really pleased with the Nature's Select dog food. It is good quality and not much more expensive than the IAMS I was buying at Walmart. The company reformulated the different varieties several months ago and the prices changed, as did the sizes of the bags, but I'm happy to stay a loyal customer. Even better is that it's sold by great people and comes right to the door.

They are very nice people to work with and the reorder system is totally done by email.

I've never had such personable customer service.

Nature's Select dog food was recommended to us by Kentuckiana Boxer Rescue, where we got our mutt in October. Initially I scoffed at purchasing food for our dogs that was better in quality than the food we ourselves consume, plus I thought it would be cost prohibitive. Once I looked into it I realized it is comparable in price to the Iams we were buying at the supermarket, plus it gets dropped off at the door. Convenient! The first time I set it up I talked to Howard on a Saturday night. (He is the only distributor in central Indiana.) He was super helpful and very friendly and we got our first delivery that Monday. Since then it has been a seamless relationship—I place an order online, Howard confirms it through email, and someone delivers the food when he says they will. I've ordered treats through him too and the dogs love them. Delivery days for my part of town are Monday and Thursday, which is super convenient. Howard even sends reminders when it has been a while since our last order to see if we are running low on food. We started buying 100 pounds of food at a time because it doesn't take unreasonably long for our two mutts to go through that much. Howard offers a small discount for buying in quantity, which is nice. I highly recommend this dog food and its delivery service to anyone with dogs.
