The overall experience went very well and I would use Pat, his daughter, and her sons again if I ran into a problem with fungus again.
Description of Work: Pat Fitzgerald came to my new house, August 3rd, and took a look through out the home for problem areas and then spoke to me about what would be done. Sections of the wall and ceiling would be taken down and treated in the living room, the kitchen, and one bedroom. Once treated plaster board would go up in the treated areas to be plastered over by a different contractor I am hiring. Pat's daughter Kate and her two sons, did the work that Pat described yesterday, Monday August 6th. She told my fianc , who was there for the work, that we had fungus not mold in the house and that the treatment her sons were doing would be just effective in killing the fungus. Kate did a bonus for us while at the house. She is also an inspector and told my fianc some things we had knot been told by our inspector as well as finding hardwood floors under the carpets.
