I had good service from them. I've had them for years and I absolutely love them.

My power steering went out without notice. Had the car towed to the shop. Even though they were short-handed and I didn't have an appointment the work was done the day after the tow in. The car steers fine now. The service there is always friendly, professional, done correctly and at a reasonable price.

Two disappointing experiences. One time I got my car back and the plastic cover to the valve cover was scratched (although I did not notice until later). I was very disappointed, but I went back again with my other car for a diagnosis because the AC did not work - the owner said the condenser was leaking - I asked if it was leaking due to a product failure or if it had been damaged, because this could potentially be a covered part under an insurance warranty if it was a failure - he told me that he looked at it and assured me that it was product failure - The insurance rep later looked at it and saw right away, and showed me, that it was actually due to having been damaged - when I asked the owner of Mission Auto Care about this and reminded him that he told me that he looked at it, he then disclosed that it was actually one of his guys who looked at it, and that he actually never looked at it.

I've been using them for years and they've been top notch. They're really honest and they've even supplied me with information on how to do minor repairs myself that any individual can do instead of just charging me for it. There was one instance where he actually handed me the paperwork and told me that it didn't affect how the car drives and that if I wanted to have it fixed they'll do it, otherwise there was the paperwork on how I could do it myself if I wanted to do it. They don't try to push you into repairs that aren't needed. I've used them for anything from brakes to clutch replacement to basically everything and I've not had a bad experience with them. They're busy and sometimes they're on top of it, but other times you might have to call and check in.

The repairs are always done correctly, very reasonable prices, are very honest. I know when I take my vehicle there, it is going to be fixed, and it will be fixed correctly. I have never had to take my car back to have it re-fixed for a problem they repaired. If there is nothing wrong, they will tell you so and not try to charge you for something that is not needed.

They had fixed something and I had to take it back to them to fix it again. I will never use them again in the future.
