I left a message asking for help with a kitchen sink leak. They called back and said they would be at my home the following day between 1 and 2. At 2:30, no one had arrived. I called at 2:30, no answer, and called up until 5:00 leaving messages each time. No call back and no one ever arrived. The following day, I had another company complete the work needed. I am not one to do reviews; however I felt that I was completely disregarded and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was dealing with them over an extended period. We had them do some repairs in the past and we were very pleased with their work. Then when this current problem arose, they made a repair which they thought would fix the problem and in fact it did not fix the problem. At that point, they never would return phone calls. They did not solve the problem and they did not respond to my call. They charged a reasonable price for what they did. I would not use their services again in the future.

I called them to order a replacement part for a broken stove. The part never came. They did not respond to repeated phone messages (at least 4 or 5). Since there was never anyone to answer the phone, I went over to the location at 5pm and found somebody coming in on a truck. He again promised the part was ordered and coming shortly. Finally after at least another 2 weeks, I just gave up and went to Indianapolis to buy the part at a warehouse.

Took forever.
