called office lady stating I was having trouble with AC. She said tech guy was out of town and would call and stop by later that day. He never called or stopped by that day or the next. And office lady never called me back?!?!? No response from anyone from that company since I called them!!!

To whom it may concern: We find this poor review to be grossly inaccurate.. Not only is the review poorly constructed, the process of events is that Member describes are not congruent with how we conduct our office staff or our technicians. On 12/1/2012 we had 22 Service Technicians in town running service calls. We also have a very strict accounting system. If a customer calls in requesting service - their name, address & phone number are entered into our computer system and a service call slip is generated and added to the dispatch board. Nothing in our company is done with out a service call slip number or a installation job number -- this is a part of our accounting & payroll system. None of Member's information is in our computer system. A customer site file was never created and a service call slip was never generated. We believe that Member has Commercial Service of Bloomington, Inc. confused with a different service provider and we ask that this poor review be removed from our account.
