Loren and his team remodelled our basement.  I now have a nice office, some lovely custom cabinetry, and tons of additional storage.  Our kids never wanted to play in the basement before but they love their new craft area.
Our only complaint is that there were some gaps where no work was being done, which I understand can be an unavoidable matter due to scheduling, etc., but it was compounded by insufficient communication.  Butthe end product is awesome.

We are happy! After the initial build a year ago we were not sure…but Loren Wood was definitely the best man for our job!! He returned recently to resolve a moisture issue, and was adamant about fixing it correctly and at no charge to us. The problem is caused by a low area and the accumulation of run off water finding its way into the studio. Loren always took time to talk ideas with me before and this time was no exception. In addition to sealing the brick outside I was thinking about doing some landscaping myself to help hold the water back. He gave suggestions of materials I could use that will help maintain the run off. We feel confident the moisture issue will be completely fixed and fixed well. I am very happy to have selected Loren Wood Builders to construct our studio. We highly recommend him!

Loren and his team were 100% professional and do amazing work. Loren listened to all of our ideas and explained the
different approaches we could take to achieve our aspirations detailing the pluses and minuses of each approach so we could make informed decisions. Our project was scheduled over multiple months and throughout the entire process Loren was on top of every detail. Loren kept track of every small issue we raised and followed up to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction.
In a project the scope of ours some issues are destined arise after the space is lived in. The few follow-up items that did emerge were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.
In addition to the great crew that worked on our project Loren has assembled an outstanding cast
of sub-contractors who were all great to work with.

They built an addition to our garage for an art studio and finished out the existing garage. Our new building is beautiful! There were several issues after the construction was complete that caused me to think perhaps he wasn't the best guy for the job.

We were very happy with their work. They were very professional and got the work done on time. We were really happy with the results. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

Loren did a great job from start to finish. He was there when he said he would be there. He did what he said he would do. They cleaned up after each day of work. The price was where they said it would be. I am happy with the results and will use Loren again and I recommend him to everyone I know.
