Lisa was exceptional throughout the home-buying process. She was responsive, patient, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable.
When we first met with her she gave us an overview of the process and got a list of our must-haves and wants and our budget. After an outing or two looking at a variety of houses she zeroed in on what we were looking for. She was helpful and supportive when one purchase fell through after the inspection and helped us move quickly to get the perfect house when we found it. We never felt any pressure to move on a home if we weren't comfortable or to look out of our price range.
It can't be overstated how sweet, helpful, and nice Lisa is. I would highly recommend her to anyone and particularly to a first-time home-buyer.

Working with Lisa was a great experience. It's not easy to find a home that's just right, and with her help and professionalism, I did. Lisa was very receptive to my preferences throughout my search (which began in summer 2009 and ended with a purchase in spring 2010), and she was always upbeat and confident that I'd find the right place eventually. It was a real pleasure to work with her. She knows Bloomington neighborhoods and the local market extremely well, so I felt very confident that I was getting the whole picture every time we toured a house -- very important for me since I'm not a Bloomington native. I was out of town during the bidding and closing process, which could have complicated matters a great deal, but every step of the way things went smoothly, and my agent had a lot to do with that. Lisa went out of her way to make sure I was informed about everything and satisfied with the process, and I truly appreciate all the work she did.
