We have had a few questions regarding the operation of the thermostat, etc. and have called Marcus Sample. He answers immediately and gets us the answers we need immediately. We are very impressed with Marcus and with Mr. Keller and
his son and grandson and all the men who work for Kellers. We recommend Kellers highly.

My only disappointment with them was that I had to suggest they do a carbon monoxide test rather than them volunteering to do it. I thought it was a part of the process because they came out twice in two months time. They did do a carbon monoxide test and did determine that I did have a leak. I had to replace my furnace which made me feel a little insecure about their decision. They came out in December and then in March. They recommended that I replace the furnace. Their price was very average, very nominal. They were prompt, they came when they said they were going to come and they talked to me. It may be sub standard to do a carbon monoxide test but it alarmed me. It is a life threatening work. They got the furnace running right away. It seems that it is common these days as furnaces are not made with the same quality that they were earlier. It is more an industry problem with the manufacture of furnaces. What used to be quality furnaces are no longer quality furnaces because the quality of the steel is not the same. The heat shield are pretty poorly made. The furnaces that are not made with top of the line steel will have this explosive quality and break down. That's what lets the carbon monoxide into the house. Though I have checked with other people since then and confirmed it with them and hence I would like to complain about it. The carbon monoxide detector was not able to detect it and I talked with firemen and they said they had this issue. If you go to a heating and air conditioning company they push a furnace which they promote but you have no idea. I have nothing to compare them with. I had them look at air conditioning last year and I seen that they do temporary fixes and they don't investigate the problem. It's a small town and I know a lot of guys who work there but I am not sure if I would use them again in the future.

Experience was very positive. Keller was very honest, straightforward, and had the lowest price for highest quality equipment. Installation personnel were very professional and efficient. I would hire them again.
