Keller Heating and Air Conditioning Inc were very good. First of all their price was in the middle but we went with a commercial unit. They also installed the furnace in this home so they could get a compatible unit. They were knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being over sold which was happening with some of their competitors. The installation was finished in a day. I had a little bit of trouble with excess humidity in the house like a thermostat so they sent one of their more techy guys out and he remedied that within an hour or two with no charge. They were attentive.

Went very well, had to disassemble to get it in correctly and had to make a special size pan for underneath the unit. It is a top of the line unit and has performed flawlessly.

Our air went out on Sunday night. I went to talk to Kellers on Mon. morning and a technician was there in a few hours. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. Very happy

I have used Keller Heating and Air Conditioning Inc for several years and they have installed 5 different furnaces for me plus they have maintained several properties and they are excellent and I am thrilled to know that several people thought the same of them.

Was relieved to find all was well although it's an old furnace. Tech arrived on time, was neat, and finished as expected. Took time to explain what he'd done and how some measurements were made.

From the start, I knew this process was going to be easy. I made the phone call to Keller to see about getting a quote for replacing our existing 20 year old A/C unit and 20 year old water heater in the house my wife and I had recently purchased. I also wanted to know what it would cost to get a whole house humidifier installed as well. Since we were getting all this work done at once, Keller was able to give us a cost break on the labor and save us money. Over the phone I was given many options as far as the type and size of water heater and A/C unit for my house. To make sure what we wanted to get done would work, that same day Keller was on site to check into the information I provided to make sure everything would be the correct fit and make sure the quoted prices were accurate. It was also suggested that we go with an A/C unit that would get us a rebate check from our electric utility company. Once the work was done, Keller sent in the information and the check was received at my house. I didn't have to do a thing.
The crew that came out after we decided to get the work done was excellent. They were very professional and answered my questions I had on the spot. When they were finished, they also took me around to make sure I was happy with everything I had done and explained to me what needed to be done on the whole house humidifier throughout the year. They were polite and obviously knew exactly what they were doing, and for that I am very greatful. I could not have asked for more. Everyone I dealt with at Keller was excellent and very helpful. I know I will continue to use them for all of my heating and cooling issues if any arise. I will not trust that work to anyone else. Thanks again!

Was able to easily schedule the service. Technician arrived early. He was considerate. The service took about 40 minutes. From what I can tell, the service was performed as promised. There is a new filter in the furnace and it looks clean.

Very courteous tech was very efficient and worked every minute he was here. He had all parts he needed on his truck. I actually added the thermostat install job after he got here. His advice was very good. I didn't really need a a programable thermostat so he didn't try to pressure me into one. Price was competative. He accidently charged me incorrectly but that was cleared up quickly when I called (Teresa?) that afternoon and refund check issued.

The service man showed up right on time without so much as one pre-visit call to ask if we were home and ready. I had never had a repair person show up without calling immediately prior to the visit, and I asked him about that. He said if they were going to be there right on schedule they felt no need for the call. Actually, I'm fine without having to answer anywhere from one to three of these calls I usually get. He easily ID'ed the clogged line and fixed it. He then proceeding to perform the pre-season clean and check of the furnace. He found (and showed me) a type of buildup on the igniter which was not yet serious but pointed towards eventual failure. I was quoted a price of something like $44 for a new igniter, which he had right on the truck. No need to go out for parts or set up a second appointment. The new igniter was installed quickly and he checked to make sure it functioned. My final bill was the aforementioned $74 plus $44 for the igniter. He said he'd consider the labor charge for the clogged drain sufficient to cover the igniter install too - which surprised me. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The only slight and quot;dingand quot; I gave Keller was the online price of the clean and check because another firm or two had a slightly lower price for the same thing. But it wouldn't surprise me if those firms would have added to the labor charge for the second part of the job, whereas Keller did not. Considering I chose Keller due to stellar reviews here on Angie's List, my conclusion is Keller is a very good outfit to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. BTW, if memory serves they performed this service on a Saturday with no extra charge for not being Monday thru Friday. Nice.

We purchased our home last year. The HVAC filter was never installed properly in this home on the new furnace that was installed, s o we wanted to get this corrected as well as have the HVAC system serviced.The response time was amazing! The techs were here quickly, looked at the filter, and agreed it needed to be redone. They went back to get a filter assembly, installed it, checked the AC unit, added more coolant, and we signed up for a service contract.

I got a call from our tenants that the A/C had stopped at about 1PM on a 100 degree day. I went over at 2PM and determined I couldn't fix it myself, so I called Keller, who was able to have someone over in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes, had it fixed within another 10 minutes, and completed everything from end to end within 30 minutes. Experience was excellent. I'm not that fond of a minimum $85 service call charge, but for the speed of the service from time of call to time of resolution, it was all worth it, especially when it's 100 degrees outside.

They were good.

A week after they came out, the AC unit stopped working again. They came out on a Sunday to fix it again, and did not charge me for the visit. Everything went very well. I will be getting a new Heating and Cooling system installed later this year; I will be calling them up for the project.

They come once a year, and do routine maintenance. They are fantastic. Their prices are reasonable. They are here when they say they will be. They are professional. I would not use anyone else.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They have been on time. The people that they have sent have taken a great deal of care. In fact, we have two heating systems in our house. We have one that controls upstairs and one controls the downstairs. The upstairs is in our attic. My husband and I are getting old. It is hard for us to get up in that attic and climb up into the crawlspace. It was actually the technician that came out and suggested this solution. We didn't even know about it, where instead of having to change the filter every month, they can come once a year and do that. They can do it when they do their regular cleaning service of the furnace and we don't have to climb up. For us, it was a great deal. It is hard for us to do that any longer. They are really caring people. We have recommended them. They listened to what our need was and were able to come up with something, which was great. They are comparable to everybody else. They are fair. The filter seems to be fine and it works fine. They are very responsive. They had people out here very quickly. They are really a nice folks.

They are the only ones I use. My daughter has multiple disabilities so it doesn't matter how busy they are they get me in no later than the next day. They get top marks all across the board from me. If they are running late they will call and I will continue to use them.

Doug from Keller fixed our air conditioning unit problem whereas another company came out and was not able to diagnose the problem after having made 3 trips out. Doug found the problem within the first 5 minutes. He ordered the parts and came the next day to install them. There was still a problem with the loud noise. He ordered a new fan and installed it on a Monday. Our unit is working like it is brand new. We are so grateful and pleased with the job done by Keller.
