Kellam Electric had both a fifteen foot ladder and a twelve foot ladder. There were two people working together. I always felt they were careful not only with my house but with their own safety.
The people at Kellam Electric are not only competent and reliable but are personable and easy to work with. I will definitely call them when I need electric work done.
The biggest annoyance for me was not cleaning up after themselves and general lack of being careful. After they finished the first half of the job, they left our walk in closet in our master bedroom with the plastic covering over our clothes and insulation from the attic. Then after the new $12 per sq/ft floors were put in, my painters put in drop clothes to protect them. Unfortunately, when the drop cloths were pulled up, we discovered several deep scrapes caused by a few pieces of 10 gauge Romex that were left on the floor. Damage, done there's nothing to be done. When after the office was completed with new paint and floors, I actually saw Jerry scuff my new floor with my boots and he somehow gouged up my newly painted wall when trying to remove a screwless wall plate. He didn't offer to fix it or remedy either I had to ask him for compensation for the wall.
I really like Jerry, and his work is fine, if he had just been more attentive to cleanup and been careful when working in my newly remodeled office I would have definitly given him an A-. The minus would be for forgetting to order the network panels which delayed completion by a week.
