JR Ellington Tree Experts

The job was done well, and met all my expectations. J. R. Ellington Tree Experts has handled all my tree problems for maybe 20 years. Jeff has always been prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and easy to work with. He has an excellent crew that handles much of the work. But whenever a job has been particularly tricky, which includes extra risk to the tree man or to property, Jeff is always on site, usually doing the most dangerous work himself. We are pretty much political opposites, but that’s never interfered with our ability to work out a practical solution to every problem. I recommend him highly.

It went fine.  Work done on time and in a professional manner.  They even hauled away a big limb that had come down in a storm.

The growth in a property line had gotten out of control before I bought my house, including two trees, one of which was infringing on my neighbors porch. Mr. Ellington set up a time after my initial call for an appointment to assess my request. He looked over the entire area that I ideally would like to have done. He broke down the area into several price estimates, then gave me a total estimate, along with payment options. He told me what I should keep and what should go so that the other trees could thrive. He even answered questions I had around my yard that had nothing to do with this job. He patiently waited while I tried to make a decision. Once I made the decision and set up a time, the foreman, Matt, promptly came with his crew, explained the work to be done, and explained more about what I could do on my own to keep the area under control. Mr. Ellington and his crew were very professional, and did a great job. After the job was complete there was no debris remaining. I will definitely call them again when/if I need tree/brush work done.

They were very quick to set up the appointment for us and the service was completed quickly. However, we didn't receive a bill for a couple of months after service. I repeatedly called in order to receive the bill and make payment.

i can't say enough positive things about J.R. Ellington Tree Experts.. They were prompt, courteous, took exceptional care or the yare and gardens around the tree so they would not be damaged during the tree removal. They worked out a solution for removing the tree that reduced overall cost of removal. They began and completed the job when they said they would. At the end of the job they took great care to replace anything that had been moved for the work to take place. They were just wonderful!!!

not pleasant, in the end they did not charge us as we had to call someone else to come and help us deal with the now two damaged trees.

They did a great job. The work was more detailed than a standard trim.

I wasn't home for most of the time but they got the job done quick. They did a good job and my home owners insurance paid the bill. If I needed another emergency tree removal after hours I would call them again.
