First-class experience the entire way. Jim and his crew were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They clean up the job site very well after they're done, too. I would never hesitate to use Jim Foster Construction again and highly recommend him.

Jim is a dream to work with. He allowed me to make choices but would give guidance when I needed it. For such a big job, the mess was kept to a minimum. He came up with a plan from my suggestions and his experience. His estimate was prompt and accurate. I recommend him to all my friends.

From estimate to removing the plastic over the doorways, Jim was so easy to work with and professional. He helped me settle on the layout since I'd never done something from scratch. He made suggestions to help me save money. I deferred to him on the choice of light bamboo flooring. I was not sure they would look good against darker cherry cabinets. It looks great. He never missed a deadline and worked with great subcontractors. Jim has done other smaller jobs for me at another house and those came out great, too. You can feel completely safe leaving him in your house all day. In fact, he was even curious cat-tolerant. My cat was usually in the kitchen sitting some open box or other. He even followed Jim up a ladder. I kept offering to get the cat out of the way but it turns out they worked pretty well together! You can hire Jim with confidence.
