 + -1 moreAfter being paid upfront, Mr. Clark painted one bedroom and left the job. He asked me to pay for the paint and services ahead of time and that he would honor his word to get the job done. He never returned to my home. I made repeated attempts to contact him to finish the work or refund my money. Mr. Clark continues to avoid me as of May 2013. I have heard he has since moved to Bloomington Indiana,with plans to move back to West Palm Beach and resume his "business". I feel it would not be in anyone's best interest to hire or get involved with Jeff Clark for any purpose.It has been my experience that he is dishonest and a thief.
Description of Work: Jeff Clark was hired to paint the interior of my home.
