Everything went great! Justin arrived promptly, changed the locks to my outside doors, and fixed one of the deadbolts. He explained what he was doing and gave good advice on the best kind of lock for the door from the laundry room to the garage. I would definitely recommend J&S Locksmiths again!

When picked up after service, the mower did start but had absolutely no power.  Anyone
with any familiarity with mowers could have told it wasn't right - just
the self-propel feature wanted to stall the engine.  It wouldn't put out
any rpm's to speak of.  Obviously no one really put any effort into making sure it was right before calling the job done.

Got him to rekey all the locks in my home when I first purchased it. He was a nice guy and worked fairly quickly. I assumed that all the locks worked on the same/new key. It's now been 10 months and I've never needed to open my backdoor from the outside, but now that I need to, I've discovered that the new key does not work on the deadbolts on either of my back doors. The locks on the handles on all doors and the front-door deadbolt work with the same key, but the back deadbolts do not. I'm a little irritated now because I'm unable to open my back doors from the outside.
He's okay, but make sure not to wait 10 months to check his work.

Great, I called on a Thursday evening and he was able to come within 30 minutes. Was very friendly (even after my dog gave him some licks in the face) Removed the door knob and installed a new one all within about 30 minutes.

The offer a full service department.   J&S locksmiths have been a staple in the community for many years if not generations.  Their loyalty to their customers is outstanding. All I can really say is they have taken care of us every single time.   True business owners they are. Service and customer satisfaction are #1 in their books..   hats off.

He is very friendly, has great service. You can really trust him. I have also bought chainsaws and lawn mowers from him. I would highly recommend him.

They are quick and do a great job. They are a little pricey, but they do a good job and will get you out of a pickle.

I thought their service was good. Their technician showed up on time. He was prepared with extra keys already made. He was very efficient putting the lock in. Overall I was very pleased with the service.
