"[Member Name Removed], I was not able to find any record of completing a job for you. I was only able to find one person I worked for on Cave Creek Dr. and they are a return customer for years. Furthermore, I never received a complaint from you or else we would have resolved it that day. The day in question is August 22nd which is over 2 months ago and that is a Saturday. We wouldn't typically clean carpets in residentials on a Saturday in August as my technicians are working about 70 hours a week during that time to prepare the town for the return of the students. Will you please review your records to ensure it was our company?"

The crew that showed up were polite, professional and answered all my questions. Logan did an awesome job. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentle man helping him. They both were great. They finished in less than an hour with 3 rooms. It would have taken me 6 and not looked nearly as good as it does.

BJ is very professional and responsive. They were here quickly and you would never know that the dog had an accident. I have used Indiana ProClean at least almost 10 times for general carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning and dog accidents. He is thorough, quick and does an awesome job.

"Thanks for the positive review. I apologize that your carpets took some time to completely dry out. There are a lot of variables to the time it takes to dry: outside ambient air temperature, humidity, the condition of the carpet, type of carpet, and inside air flow. We did use a pH balancing rinse that should have assisted in the drying process. After reviewing your comments and our processes we are considering adding a rapid dry step to our cleaning rhythm. BJ from Indiana ProClean was very helpful over the phone and provided a lot of information. I received a ball park estimate on the phone based on room dimensions, and I scheduled an appointment. On the day that the work was completed, BJ and his associate arrived on time. They put shoe covers on and left them on the entire time (I wish everyone would do this!). They thoroughly cleaned the bedrooms in my house and a set of stairs. Both men were friendly, courteous, and helpful. One thing that is especially nice about Indiana ProClean is that they offer traditional carpet cleaning and also a "green" option. I used a combination of regular carpet cleaning and the "green" carpet cleaning, and I am thrilled with the results. The carpet looks great! BJ and his associate moved furniture which was really helpful. I tried to get as many small pieces of furniture out of the rooms before they arrived, and they moved other pieces of furniture as they cleaned which I really appreciate. I felt like both men went the extra mile, and I felt like I got a great value as well.

Very professional, courteous and skillful. Actually I did get quote from others and he was bit expensive. However I don't regret paying more because the quality of work done was outstanding. I choose him in spite of slightly higher price because of response, courtesy and professionalism they showed in answering my questions and concerns. They followed up on another day to look at their work and fix a spot that didn't go very well. (Of course they did say that it may need a second treatment). I thought of giving B for their price but decided not to considering the quality and overall experience. Thank you for the job well done.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was great! The work was done as scheduled and the results were fantastic. When he got here he carefully moved the furniture and made sure all areas of my carpet were cleaned completely. He made sure that everything was put back exactly as it was before. As I said before, the results were fantastic and would highly recommend BJ, the owner, to everyone.

I have had an excellent experience. They are prompt, professional, and efficient. They always arrive on time. They are very professional, well groomed individuals. They exhibit Very good customer service and they always exceed my expectations. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
