HOGAN DEVELOPMENT CO

Description of Work: My Mother had Steve Hogan come out and give a verbal quote for a roofing job. He asked my 73 year old Mother for 3500 cash up front. She never received SOW, from this experience she learned to do background searches. Steve had the roof removed and left it off for a few days telling my Mother we are in a drought and not worry about it being covered with a tarp. Of course it rained and my mother called me screaming water is dripping out of the ceiling light and electrical sockets were sparking. By the time I made to her home, the ceilings fell in, all of her personal belongings were soaked. Furniture, family photos, items stored in the attic etc were destroyed. Steve Hogan came by that morning and begged for forgiveness and said he would make it right. Never heard back from him, the damage was over 80,000 to her home. Mom spent 3 months in a hotel while construction was going on. STEVE HOGAN DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE NOR DID WE GET ONE DIME FROM HIM!
