Description of Work: I went into their store to look at some furniture the sales person was very helpful and very nice to work with me ,they said if we don't have what your looking for in the store we can order it .They are a great group of people in the store their so nice and they go out of their way to be helpful .If I needed another piece of furniture and another furniture store in town had what I was needing at a cheaper price I would still go to furniture first and buy my furniture from them . They are a great group of people that work in that store and they do everything they can to get you what you want .

 + -1 moreThey were very nice people to work with . Some of the furniture we wanted was going to be custom made so they told us how long it was going to be before we would get our new furniture . The store ,s people brought our new furniture to our house set it all up they even ask me where I wanted it set at . They put everything in place for us they picked up all the boxes and the mess and took it out and put it in their truck. The men was really nice men , they go out of their way to do everything they can do for you. Since that day we have went back to their store for more furniture and we are so happy with everything that we have got from their store . So today if we needed another piece of furniture and another furniture store had it at a cheaper price I still would not go to the other store . Furniture & Mattress 1ST. is where we will go .
Description of Work: Sold us furniture for our house. We had a new house built so we needed some new furniture.We heard about their store on the radio so we went into the store to see what they had. They had a big sale going on , I told them what we was wanting and they was so helpful .

Description of Work: Bought a mattress, tempurpedic hybrid, soft and firm sides. Very nice mattress. Salesperson very helpful, provided many options in mattresses, not at all pushy. More informative. Very professional. Experience very good.

 + -1 moreOur salesman, Mike Jackson, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, and was very patient with us as he helped guide us toward the type of mattress he felt we would prefer. He seems to be a quality person and really works to meet the needs of his customers. I highly recommend working with him!
Description of Work: We bought a Tempur Pedic mattress at this location. After 60 days we were not happy with the mattress. It was not a poor quality mattress, it was just not the one for us. As per the warranty, we asked to return the mattress to the store. We were given the option of returning the mattress and receiving a refund, or taking the refund in store credit.
