now i'm annoyed with this report format--people should be able to skip parts of it...I tried 3x to submit and was required to answer every part of #1 and to fill out this section.

Our agent was open and friendly, and understood our needs and our budget for our house search. She was able to help us find wonderful houses in quiet neighborhoods not too far from work, and helped us get a lower price on the final choice than was listed. She calls frequently to check up on us and see if there is anything we need. We have contacted her several times since to ask about the benefit of certain remodeling options and she has always given us good advice. We are excited when the time comes for her to help us sell our house, and are confident that she can help us sell it even in this poor market.
