Metal Fabrication and Restoration
We were in a pinch and needed some special order products for repairing a retaining wall we were having excavated the next day. Not only did this business respond to our needs but got the parts in the next business day. They definitely went the extra mile to help us out in an emergency situation. Afterwards, when the project was finished, we discovered that we had over-estimated the quantity of parts and we were able to return the extra ones for a refund with no questions or problems whatsoever. It was a true pleasure doing business with a company that put the customer first, which has become an all too infrequent occurrence in today's business world and in the world of the big box stores.
