Diagnosis of timing chain replacement with estimated cost for repairs was received within 3 hours of scheduled appointment. Due to the high cost of repairs compared to the truck's value, I determined not to have the repairs done. A $35-39 diagnosis fee was charged-it would have been deducted from the repair cost had the repairs been done.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and fair. I had gotten several estimates and they were, by far, the cheapest. They diagnosed the problem at no cost and even agreed to hunt out a used computer module to save us hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend them!
