EXPERT TIRE

It went very well. I have no complaints and will be a repeat customer.

I take my car there for regular oil change, They frequently take over an hour although they tell me they will have it done much faster. But they always do a good job for a reasonable amount.

I have used Expert Tire several times. They are not the cheapest service, but they do good work and are very professional. They are usually fairly busy, so schedule an appointment ahead when possible.

They do a great job on the basics. I have a 2001 Buick Park Avenue and I would trust them on all the standard maintenance services, tires, brakes, radiator flush, a/c service, etc. Lots cheaper than the dealership!
They also offer a wonderful annual coupon in the spring that everyone should take advantage of - $35 for several free services and discounts on others.

They have been really helpful and thorough. I rate them very highly and I would use them again in the future.

I dropped the car off, indicating that the car's front end was vibrating at high speed. To their credit, when I asked about the possibility that the car was out of alignment and could that be the cause of the problem, they responded that alignment problems could not be the cause of vibration problems. However, when I returned to pick up the car, they said that the problem was that I needed a new set of tires. The tires looked okay to me. Later, I took the car to another tire shop. Without charging me, and without me prompting them, they said that the tires were not the problem; that the tires were not great but that they were certainly okay. Expert Tire also strongly recommended a new battery which I have not needed. All in aIl they recommended work (tires, battery, oil change, wiper blades--at $12.00 each--and alignment) that totaled over $1,200. It seems to me that I could have spent $1,200 and still had a car with a front end vibration. I am very suspicious of this outfit.

They're really nice. They have really good deals. They work really fast on getting the job done. I've been there multiple times and when they say they'll be done they're done.

I was able to have the repair done very quickly. I talked with Sandi a lot on the phone discussing my options and prices. She was able to find a tire that matched the grid on my previous tire and thus I was able to apply my warranty from my original tire purchase. She communicated with my by phone and was always very caring and polite. I was very glad to do business with Expert Tire. Thanks SANDI!
