My car sounded as if some of the spark plugs weren't firing correctly. It also needed an oil change. Eric's did the oil change, and quoted me a price on replacing the spark plugs and bad connections that was significantly less than others in the area. I had to go out of town, and ended up doing the major work elsewhere, but I was impressed that Eric's was so prompt and professional, and that their services were affordable.

He was able to take the vehicle in the morning to test brakes and called me when he was finished mid-afternoon. He exlained the part that was bad was very expensive and gave me alternative to purchasing it for such an old vehicle. Very honest and that is why I take my vehicles to him.
