General Remodeling
Nearly all of the $10K worht of projects have not lasted 5 yrs. Ceramic shower leaked causing mold growth on subfloor, Doors that will not shut properly that was never resolved. Poor install attic vents lead to water damage on ceiling.
Always eager to do the work the first time. Work was cosmetical correct but have not last the tests of time.
Offered no recourse but further "band-aid fixes" (CCBSI words).
I regret ever getting involved with this business & its "CEO" Steve Shertzer tremendously!!!! Embarassed that I was taken by this individual and allowed them my trust & into my home
