Description of Work: I had about 15' of rotten sill plate that had caused the area above to begin to sink. There was also a mold problem that had developed due to the fact that the crawlspace was improperly sealed. Crawlspace Doctor came in and repaired the sill plate, sistered joists to any existing joists that were damaged, removed the mold and properly enclosed the crawl space with plastic and foam board insulation.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job.
Description of Work: They cleaned up the crawlspace under our home, removing the Fiberglas on the exterior walls and all of the ground debris that was left there by the builders. The built walls around the 3 lentils and installed a proper vapor barrier.
