-During the big flood in the midwest (including Indiana where we are) in 2008, one of our trees fell down and knocked out our power which included our sump pump. Water backed up into our basement and everything was soaked - carpet, boxes, furniture, etc. Clow came out on an emergent basis and pumped out all the water and installed fans (when we got power restored) to dry out the basement. They came the next day after we called. As mentioned above, they even came in the middle of the night to help us with our situation. It was such a professional experience. From the moment they arrived (extremely prompt for such an emergent situation considering how many other people had similar problems) to the moment they left, they did an excellent job. They also worked with our home insurance company directly. I couldn't recommend them more.
Description of Work: -They sucked out all the water that had flooded our basement -They also removed all the water-logged carpets from the basement to the outside where they wouldn't cause any further mildewing damage - They then put fans in the basement to dry it out. -They hooked a generator to our sump pump (we had a power outage and hence the resulting flood of the basement) and allowed it to operate. - At one point, the rain was getting so bad that the water was backing up again, and they came at 2 in the morning to help arrange arrange remaining furniture in the basement to prevent damage and to also help move the fans around to prevent damage to them.
