CLARITY DESIGNS INC

I have no complaints with Clarity Designs Inc. The cabinets are lovely and the counter-tops were great. They were easy to work with and I like them very much. The cabinets are not the most expensive but they are of good quality and I'm pleased with them as far as installation and the work they did in installing and making sure that everything is correct. I called them and asked them about cabinets that I had replaced and redone that don't have anything to do with them and they were very open in talking about it and what could be done. There is a timeline from the time they came out, measured and ordered because the cabinets had to be built so there wasn't an expectation of a specific date plus there were other jobs going on at my house so they called me that they will be here in such and such date and they were here exactly when they said they would be here but there were a few weeks that went by when I had no idea when they will be ready. As far as doing it when they said they would do it, it all went well. They were fine, were very easy to work with, open to my questions and suggestions and if they thought that I was doing something that wouldn't quite work, they would make suggestions but they weren't pushy at all.

The man named Tom Replogle owns the company. He did a very nice job on those. They were customer made cabinets. I had an idea, and I gave him an idea. He really went with it. We both thought about it, and together we came up with exactly what I needed. It's really nice. I wanted the same footprint, but a little bit different configuration of cabinets. He did the design, and his people built the cabinets. He recommended another contractor who works with him to install them. All of it went off really well. I was just delighted from start to finish. He could help me with finding a contractor to do the electrical work that I needed for under the cabinet lighting. He had another person that works with him, and is an installer as well as a contractor. He is great to work with. Tom did the designing, sort of helped me firmed up what I was thinking. He presented a couple of other things that I even hadn't thought about. We got this kitchen pretty much exactly what I wanted to be and without a lot of hassle. It was a painless experience. The things were done in a timely and professional manner. He was really thoughtful about it. He was a great person to work with. The price was fair. His quality was just exceptional. His responsiveness was great. He was punctual. He is a meticulous person. I visited his workshop. He is very clean and very nice.
