Superb work! Workmen (Ben & Joseph?) showed up on time and completed work in about an hour. Showed me how the system worked. Very happy with the new system and with their work. My old garage door opener was malfunctioning. This really saved me.

It went extremely well and he was able to come right out when we needed him. The door was operational within a half hour of him performing repairs. I would recommend his service to anyone especially if you want the job done correctly the first time! He clearly cares about his customers enough to be completely honest and sticking to his word. That night only temporary repairs were made and a promise to return first thing in the morning with parts and he lived up to the promise by showing up early and making sure the repair was made proper.

Great! Even though it was an easy thing to fix, they were very nice and tuned up both of our garage doors, fixing another problem that we didn't even call them about.

Called Bruce Garage Doors to rebalance my garage door and assess repairs and/or replacement. They were able to get out to my home right away to rebalance so door is in working order for the moment, and provide quotes for either potential repairs needed in the short-term, or door replacement. Called and asked for an estimate to get two torque springs replaced for my garage door since one had snapped. Gave me an estimate on repairs over the phone. They were able to come out and replace the springs the same day I called, which I figured wouldn’t happen since it broke on a Friday at 1230. I was very pleased with the quality of work. They actually fixed a few other minor problems with the door that I never mentioned free of charge. They installed brackets at the bottom and moved the top wheels on the door down. I was shocked at how smooth the door opens now. I would definitely use them again for any garage door repairs or replacements.

Rob and his son came in less than an hour. They fixed the garage door. I had questions I asked Rob and he was very helpful and kind. Later we made the connection that we hired them 5 years ago to put in the new garage door opener. We were totally satisfied with Bruce garage door sale and would use them again in a heartbeat. We will also recommend him to anybody who needs garage door help.

It went REALLY well! Not only did they notice and mention right off the bat that the size of the space would need a custom door and placement, but the price was right on target including installation costs. And to top it all off they got the door in and fully installed (in about 4 hours!) before the end of October just like we needed. Professional, polite and personable. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. In addition to fixing the torsion spring, they did a general health check of the system and even fixed the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and addressed a sensor issue. They had no problem coming back to verify proper functionally later because I had a question. I absolutely recommend them!!

I called Bruce Garage Doors, the first company I tried.  He was out of cell phone range, I left a message. In less than one hour he returned my call......at the same time I was joining Angies List !!!! Just after I joined I discovered that this company is top rated on Angies List in Bloomington, IN. He even won a prize last year!!! He came to the house 15 min. after I spoke with him. In less than 
one hour he and his son were finished fixing "the door" and checking both doors. He even gave me another clicker for the other door....free. This type of service is, to me, fantastic. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!!!!

I was really  grateful to their prompt service, because they managed to come to our house on the same day of my first call for a service request. They arrived on time, and inspected/diagnosed the problem quickly, and performed a necessary replacement of the old garage door opener with a new model.  I thought the cost was quite reasonable ($417 including the material and labor), since the new opener is a rather high-end model with a good security system.  The owner, Rob, was very pleasant and kind, taking time to explain how the new opener works with patience. He also guaranteed a good after care service. His crews (his son and his nephew) were also very nice and polite. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

I sent a message with Bruce Garage Doors from Angie's List and got response immediately. We scheduled the next day early morning. Two professional installers arrived on-time, performed their work. I was very pleased with the work they did, change springs, rollers, oiled parts, and other minor stuff. Very professional and patient to answer all the questions I have.
