He is excellent to work with and very nice. He did a good job. We had one small problem with our front porch; we felt he used too high of a pressure wash on the wood, which we feel made parts of it splinter and left ridges on wood. We would hire him again to wash our home or storage shed. He is very accommodating and would follow up with any specific requests, (ex: colors of sealant for our porch). He is very professional and polite.
